"We had a wonderful time at Red Fox (Mayur Vihar) with my family. The rooms were neat and clean; the services were flawless. The staff was very nice and professional. The location is also very convenient for us, and it's easy to park our car right in front of the spacious compound. The food menus were not so rich for a large family who would go for different options. But for our family there were sufficient options to choose from. The prices were very reasonable; I really like it and would definitely visit again."

"Over All things is very bad First when you enter at hotel front office person do not greets....even they do not give a smile also... when you go in front of the lobby that time also they do not greets.. sometimes a specific person only greets... we was three persons in a room they gave only one brush kit one saving kit and two slippers,when we asked for extra they said its chargeable, we was three persons in a room they do not give each of them 3 also... First time when we visited at this hotel they gave complementary but now they don't give, And When we visited for the fisrt time that time there was many items in buffet..and now they cut off many of the items but the price is same... There was both type of stater item like veg and non-gev.. amd many types of chaats.. and nw they only give only one type veg starters... No chaats not other types of things.. they cut of those items... And there is ice cream in buffet but they always hide it do not place it at the counter. Buffet dinner starts 7 pm, if we have dinner erly amd ask for ice cream the told you will get it at 10pm not now, what kind system is this.. At the time of dinner we we told to clean our table they do not give proper response just take the plates off do not clean it properly... And every day if they have the excess idly of morning breakfast they make it idly chaat.. If your duvet get soiled or dirty by any reason when housekeeping comes to make the room they place the same duvet.. after telling them, they changed it...."
